Explosion in Columbia Kills 10

An explosion in downtown Florencia, Colombia, killed 10 people and wounded 54 others. Among the dead were two policemen and a 9-year-old boy; the other victims were civilians, police said. The bomb had been packed into a motorcycle and detonated by remote control at 2:50 a.m., police in Florencia said. Police said they had received no claims of responsibility, and that it was too soon to blame any particular group.
