A civilian British bomb disposal expert has been killed in an ambush in northern Iraq, AFP reported. Ian Rimell, 53, was killed Thursday as he was travelling in a vehicle along a main road towards Mosul city, the Mines Advisory Group (MAG) said in a statement Friday. An Iraqi colleague of his was also wounded in the late afternoon attack, leaving him in critical condition.
