18-year-old Arrested Over Blaster Internet Virus

US authorities have charged an 18-year-old high-school student Jeffrey Lee Parson with spreading the "Blaster" virus. Jeffrey Lee Parson faces up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to 250,000 dollars on the charge of intentionally causing and attempting to cause damage to a protected computer used in interstate commerce. He will appear in court in Seattle next month. Up till them the boy will remain under house arrest without access to the Internet.
