At least one person was killed and 16 wounded in a missile strike by an Israeli helicopter gunship in the Gaza Strip, Palestinian officials said. Witnesses claim that helicopters fired three or four missiles at a car in the Jabalya refugee camp north of Gaza City which was carrying a member of the Hamas militant group. Palestinian hospital sources said the militant was wounded but managed to escape from the car just before it was hit. An elderly man, believed to be a bystander, was killed. The raid took place two days after Israel killed four members of Hamas' military wing in a helicopter missile strike.
