Afghan Bus Explosion "Kills 15"

An explosion has torn through a minibus in the southern Afghan province of Helmand, killing at least 15 people, reports say.Six children and one woman were amongst those killed, say local officials. The blast happened 30 kilometres from the provincial capital, Lashkar Gah, in Nadi Ali district. Officials say the explosion was probably caused when a bomb being carried by one of the passengers blew up prematurely. They are blaming former Taleban members for the incident.
