Ingredients: 1kg corn flour, 3 litres water, 400g grated white brine cheese, 125g butter

Method: Pour the corn flour into a pot of boiling water. Stir the mixture all the time one way with a wooden ladle until the mixture thickens. Go on stirring until you feel the smell of the lightly burnt flour. Take it off the fire and then put the grated cheese and some lightly fried butter. You could also add a little paprika to the fried butter.
