British Prime Minister Tony Blair headed to South Korea Sunday amid two crises -- a political storm at home threatening his career and fresh signs that North Korea may be forging ahead with a nuclear weapons program. Sunday Blair is scheduled to have talks with South Korean officials, including President Roh Moo-hyun, over North Korea's nuclear ambitions have gained added urgency following news that Pyongyang may have built a new nuclear site. U.S. officials said Saturday that North Korea might have built a second, secret facility for producing weapons-grade plutonium as part of efforts to enlarge its nuclear arsenal.
