A blast levelled a house in an Israeli village near the West Bank, killing the 65-year-old woman who lived there and an unidentified man. There was no immediate claim of responsibility. Police said Kfar Yavetz attack was apparently a suicide bombing. It would be the first such attack since Palestinian militants declared a cease-fire on June 29.
