Incumbent Armenian President "Wins" Vote

Officials in Armenia say the incumbent President, Robert Kocharyan, has won a clear victory in the second round of the presidential election. With nearly all the votes counted, Mr Kocharyan is on 67% - far ahead of his challenger, Stephan Demirchyan. Mr Demirchyan has called for a protest rally to contest the result, alleging widespread violations in the count.
