Bulgaria: German Institute: There Will Be a New Financial Crisis

According to a research of the German IMC Institute, the possibilities to begin a global financial crisis very soon has sharply increased and is now 32.4 percent.

IMK warns that there will be a major change in central bank policy, which could lead to a severe deterioration of the European economy and even to a new recession.

The situation is much more critical than a month ago, says IMK. According to the Institute, the outlook for a European and a  global recession has increased to 32.4 percent due to the widening of the trade strain and the serious reduction of the liquidity of the global financial systems. At the same time, the recession indicators in Germany today are much higher than they were in 2008 when the biggest crisis began.

''The new crisis will be larger and longer than the previous one in 2008'', experts say. Bill Gates also recently made the same forcast.
