GERB member Dimitar Gamishev sold his company "Gamishev - NKD" EOOD about two years ago with budget obligations amounting to about BGN 200,000 to a company managed by a very poor citizen. "This information was confirmed by the Commercial register and public list of the National Revenue Agency for the treasure debtors of the treasury.
The case here is a classic case of transferring a company to a poor citizen, according to the data of the tax agency. This was in the past one of the most widespread schemes for tax evasion or VAT evasion. The National Revenue Agency (NRA) explained last week that to a large extent the loopholes in the law in recent years were limited due to the introduction of a number of measures such as a ban on the transfer of a company during a tax audit and post-registration control over VAT.
In this case, at the moment NRA has asked the court to declare a transaction invalid. Revision of individual Dimitar Gemisheva has started to seek his responsibility as an individual with his personal property for accrued liabilities designated by the tax agency.
The transfer of Gemishev's company to the company "Fynest Assosiates", managed by Georgi Mihailov Georgiev, took place in April 2016. According to data from the legal information system, DAXI Georgiev participated in the management of another 93 companies and in the ownership of 54. Bivol's inspection has shown that at least 10 of Georgi Georgiev's companies owe amounts of the tens and hundreds of thousands of levs to the NRA.
The company, which until April 2016 was owned by Gamishev, entered August 2017 in the black list of the NRA's owing over 5,000 levs, but has no assets to be redeemed nor receivables from third parties. According to the latest data, the unpaid public liabilities of the company are BGN 202,991. The Bivol publication claims that the liabilities were accumulated prior to the transfer of the company.
Gamishev became a MP in the spring of 2017, and the transfer of the company took place shortly before being elected as a municipal coordinator of GERB in Gotse Delchev. Prior to becoming the head of the local GERB structure and deputy, Gamishev was engaged in entrepreneurship in the field of construction.
According to Bivol, in 2012, the wife of Gamishev Boyanka received nearly 400,000 leva of European funding from the rural guest house program in the village of Gaitaninovo. His sister-in-law, Angelina Gamisheva, has taken from the same program nearly 300 000 levs for guest houses in the village of Leshten.
