The Bulgarian prosecution has indicted Ivaylo Dimov, who heads the regional unit combating organized crime in Stara Zagora, the chief prosecutor's spokesperson has said.
Dimov is charged with crime against the judicial system and and abuse of office, the public broadcaster quoted Rumyana Arnaudova as saying.
The indictment follows an investigation that began on August 01.
Dimov has been placed under a recognizance order.
