Actually the communist style forceful installation of voltaic solar sells created an unnecessary green debt of more than 20 billion levs and it ruined our small economy... it is as insane as the way Germany and EU handled the Muslim migrant crises..(first they supported the destabilization of Muslim governments and than play the game of the sharia promoters ). Dobrev is not big figure in this insanity he only followed the trend imposed by the banks and the green Taliban in EU, which the government of this Balkan colony of the Fourth Reich had to follow .... i would not defend him because he is Soros style economist .. that is he is ignorant and arrogant...but the prosecutor also do not have clue what he is doing .....they are looking for someone to sacrifice.
