According to information from the “Directorate Vessel Traffic Services Authority – Black Sea”, strong southerly winds with speeds of 15 to 20 m/s closed the port of Burgas.

A Code Yellow warning has been issued for 16 of Bulgaria's 28 regions, the meteorology institute of the country has said.
The regions affected are comprise most of Northern Bulgaria, including Vidin, Montana, Vratsa, Pleven, Lovech, Gabrovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Ruse, Targoviste, Shumen, Razgrad, Silistra, Varna and Dobrich.
Sliven, to the south, and the southeastern region of Burgas will also be affecred.
Moderate gales at 15 m/s, with gusts of up to 20 m/s, are expected on Wednesday.
Minimum and maximum temperatures will be at 4-6 degrees Celsius and 13-18 degrees, respectively. Thermometers may hit 19 degrees in the areas by the Black Sea.
