The criteria envisioned for placing a bus station in third category are almost identical with the existing minimal mandatory requirements for bus stations in the country, stated the Transport Ministry. There will be new, additional criteria for bus stations in categories one and two related to the comfort of passengers, security provided on the spot, languages in which information is given on the phone and the web page.
Bus stations in category one must have trained staff and these should be able to provide free help to disabled passengers.
