Bulgaria: Istanbul 'Explosion' Caused by Fire in Residential Building

A blast heard in Turkey's largest city Istanbul was caused by a fire that broke out in a residential building, according to Reuters.

Social media users initially said smoke could be seen above the city due to an explosion.

Earlier information, also reported by TASS, had suggested a strong explosion had rocked the city.
