Stability Reigns: Sofia Real Estate Market Thrives Despite Uncertain Times

For the first time, the Bulgarian capital will become part of one of the most popular international street music festivals, Fete de la Musique on Tuesday.
The festival has been held annually since 1981 on June 21, the day on which the summer solstice occurs in most of western Europe.
The annual music celebration was founded by the French culture ministry, but over the years has spread to 120 countries around the world and is organised simultaneously in more than 500 cities.
In Sofia, there will be free concerts on three stages located throughout the city centre, each offering different kind of music.
The bands Scotopia, Arte Libera, Uncle Fly feat. Gabsy, Imagine and Everest will play acoustic music on the stage in the Kristal garden.
The garden behind the Russian church will be the place for swing, pop, jazz and hip hop lovers.
The Bedlam Club, Electric Dragon, Tamara Voices, Nemo and Abysmatic will perform on the main stage on Alexander Battenberg square.
The concerts will take place between 17 and 22 o'clock (EET), with each artist having 45 minutes to perform.
The aim of the festival is to provide an opportunity for as much artists, both amateurs and professionals, as possible to perform in one night.
The organizer of the first edition of Fete de la Musique in Sofia is Kultograf association, with the support of Sofia municipality and the French institute in Bulgaria.
