Bulgaria: Repair Works in Greece Restrict Inbound Traffic at Bulgaria’s Kulata Border Crossing

One of the three entry lanes at Bulgaria’s Kulata crossing has been temporarily closed since 8 a.m. on Friday due to repair works at Promachonas, on the Greek side of the border, the Bulgarian Ministry of the Interior said.

One entry lane would service trucks and the second one would be used by cars and buses.

The closure of the third lane will decrease transit capacity at Kulata, the ministry said in a statement.

It didn’t say when the closed lane would reopen for traffic.
