Weather in Bulgaria: Code Yellow for First Frosts in Many Regions
Bulgaia's National Weather Service declared a code yellow danger fof very low morning temperatures on September 24.
Strong winds are expected throughout Northern Bulgaria, with authorities having issued a Code Yellow warning for 14 regions.
The national weather service says winds at a speed of 15-20 m/s, with gusts of up to 22 m/s, are likely to hit the regions of Vidin, Montana, Vratsa, Pleven, Lovech, Gabrovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Ruse, Targovishte, Silistra, Razgrad, Shumen, Varna, and Dobrich.
The sky will be cloudy in the morning, but clouds will gradually disperse.
Temperatures will be moderate-to-high for springtime, with thermometers hitting up to 24 degrees.
