Bulgaria’s capital Sofia is holding the second edition of its Grand Chocolate Festival over the weekend, presenting both standard and unique chocolate products in various categories.
Visitors can see handmade chocolate, chocolate candy, factory chocolate, chocolate creams and cakes, and books about chocolate.
“We want to create a unique chocolate world, in which the visitors will see their favourite chocolate in all of its applications,” the organizers have said.
The festival, taking place in Sofia Hotel Balkan on March 26-27, is an opportunity for manufacturers from Bulgaria, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium and Germany to present their products to consumers. More than 400 items are on display, including chocolate jewellery and chocolate cosmetics.
