Bulgaria Blvd is a major thoroughfare for those leaving Sofia, commuting or traveling to the southern neighborhoods.
Changes to the routes of trolleybus lines 2 and 9 will be in force for the respective period.
Other changes to city traffic were earlier implemented in relation to the building of the third metro line.
