Belarus’ Mogilev Airport plans to increase the number of charter flights to Bulgaria by nearly 50% this year to meet demand from tourists, BelTA news agency reported on Wednesday.

The airport in Belarus’ third largest city plans to start charter flights to Bulgaria in June – just like it did last year but their number will be increased to 19, compared with 13 in 2015, BelTA said citing the director of of Mogilev Airport, Vladimir Nikitin.

“Last year showed us that the flights from Mogilev to Burgas, Bulgaria are in demand among tourists. We received only positive reviews from our clients and no complaints from our partners,” Nikitin commented.

“Because of this, many travel agencies show desire to increase the flow of tourists to this destination in 2016,” Nikitin added, according to BelTA.
