Donald Tusk, the President of the European Council, arrives in Bulgaria Thursday evening.

Tusk will be greeted by Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov at the governmental residence Evksinograd near Varna, according to the press office of the government.

Tusk's agenda includes a dinner with Borisov on Thursday evening and a t?te-?-t?te meeting with him on Friday morning at the residence.

The refugee crisis and the measures which the EU is taking to cope with it will be the central topic of the talks.

Borisov and Tusk will hold a joint press conference after the meeting.
