Bulgaria: Military Convoys Could Cause Delays on Bulgaria's Hemus Motorway on Friday Bulgarian Defence Minister Nikolay Nenchev.

Convoys transporting military equipment could cause delays to the traffic on sections of the Hemus motorway on Friday evening.

The equipment will be transported for participation in the planned international military training Shabla 2015.

The transport of the equipment will take place between 18:00 o'clock on Friday until 6.00 a.m. on Saturday.

In order to ensure the safety of traffic, the convoys will be escorted by military police units, the Defence Ministry informed in a press statement on Wednesday.

The planned military training with international participation Shabla 2015 will take place at the training area of the Bulgarian Air Force in Shabla between August 24 to 27.

The drills will include the flying of military aircraft and the firing of missiles and artillery armaments.
