Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev is on a two-day visit to Brussels where he is to meet the country's reigning monarch and to take part in a political conference.
The head of state is to attend an event of the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) on Thursday and Friday, his press office has said.
Apart from a meeting with His Majesty King Philippe of Belgium, talks with EU Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker and European Council President Donald Tusk are also on Plevneliev's agenda.
