Four people were buried after a coal mine collapsed in the region of Tuzla, in the northerneastern regions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The incident happened during an illegal night-time exploitation of the mine, as reported by the Bulgarian National Television.

An earthquake was registered in the vicinity of the mine, almost at the same time with a magnitude of 3,6 on Richter's scale.

It still remains unclear whether the earthquake has caused the land masses to collapse.
