Bulgaria: Bulgarian Govt Plane Grounded, Reason for Landing Gear Glitch Still Unclear

The Bulgarian government's plane that had to return to Sofia Airport with Prime Minister Boyko Borisov on board a week ago due to a technical glitch, has been grounded after developing the same malfunction, 24 Chasa daily reported on Wednesday.

An electronic indicator in the cockpit warned during a test flight on Wednesday the landing gear of the aircraft couldn’t retract properly, the news daily said.

The investigation team continues to look for the reason for the malfunction.
