Two Islamic state soldiers have threatened Belgium and France with new terrorist attacks in a video, as announced by VTM TV station.

In the recording, one of the two young men, sitting next to the flag of the terrorist organization, spoke in Belgian accent and threatened Paris and Brussels with attacks involving car-bombs, the Bulgarian National Television reports. He also urged that other Muslims would join him.

''You saw what we are capable of now,'' he said in French. ''And this is just the beginning. We will be back with car bombs in Brussels and Paris.''

The young man not speaking resembled the 23-year old Redvan Hadzhaui from the Belgian city of Verviers. He was born in Belgium but is of Moroccan origin and later became radicalized after going to Syria in 2014.

A month ago Belgian police forces uncovered a terrorist organization that was preparing to kill Belgian police officers. Belgium is the country with most foreign fighters as a percentage of the population.

People born and raised in European countries, who subsequently fight for Islamic state have caused a number of problems for Western governments.
