Bulgaria Deputy Parliament Speaker Dies Aged 60

Deputy Parliament Speaker Rositsa Yanakieva passed away in the small hours of Monday, her party ABV's press office reports.
Yanakieva had been in a coma for days after a haemorrhage of the brain on January 6.
A former Mayor of Pernik for two consecutive terms (2005-2014), a town near the capital Sofia, she was elected MP in the October 5 early elections.
Last year she joined Alternative for Bulgarian Revival (ABV), the movement of President (2002-2012) Georgi Parvanov.
