A young woman from Great Britain is fighting for her life after a tragic ski incident in the popular Bulgarian resort of Bansko.

The 14-th edition of the Bansko Film Fest starts on November 25 in Bansko's community centre “Nikola Vaptsarov”.
The festival will offer 120 films – feature films and documentaries - for extreme sports and adventures from around the world, as well as presentations, exhibitions, sports demonstrations and a children's programme.
The only Bulgarian who climbed three 8000-metre summits in one season, Boyan Petrov, will hold a presentation on his adventures on November 29. Juan Menendez Granadoz – Fearless Juan – will tell about his adventures getting to the South Pole on a bicycle on November 28. Another guest of the festival will be Richard David Parks – the man who succeeded to complete the 737 Challenge - climb the highest mountain on each of the world's seven continents and stand on all three poles (The North Pole, The South Pole and the summit of Everest) within seven months.
The festival runs till November 30. Entry is free.
