Georgi Kostov, outgoing director of the Burgas police directorate, has been appointed Deputy Chief Secretary of the Interior Ministry.
Interior Minister Veselin Vuchkov, as cited by the BGNES news agency, said that his choice had fallen on Kostov after a careful selection process, including a conversation with the Chief Secretary of Interior Svetlozar Lazarov.
Vuchkov added that he would like to present all members of the political cabinet of his ministry on Friday.
