The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) expressed its deep concern over the presence of tanks in the territories controlled by the pro-Russian separatists in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic.

Southwest of Donetsk, the OSCE officials have observed another convoy, this one consisting of 9 tanks – four T-72 and five T-64.

Earlier they claimed to have counted over 40 tanks and trucks moving in a convoy on the road to Makeevka in the region of Donetsk.

Among them were 19 Russian trucks Kamaz without registration plates, transporting 122mm weapons and personnel in green uniforms without insignia, a statement of the Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine said. Reportedly, there were also six fuel tankers.
