Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev will arrive Thursday in Brussels on a two-day working visit related to a European Council meeting.
The agenda of the upcoming meeting includes discussions on the policy of the EU on climate and energy in the period 2020-2030, according to the press office of the Bulgarian President.
The heads of state or government of the Member States will also hold a meeting devoted to internal relations in the EU where the emphasis will be on measures against the Ebola outbreak in West Africa.
The representatives of the Member States of the European Council will also hold talks with Martin Schulz, President of the European Parliament.
