Bulgarian customs officers at the Lesovo border crossing with Turkey apprehended almost 5 M fake Russian excise labels for tobacco products and 470 vials with adrenaline, said the Customs Agency.

The goods were found in a van with Moldovan plates, entering Bulgaria from Turkey. The driver, a Moldovan citizen, and the three passengers in the car told the customs officers they had nothing to declare, but the van was searched nevertheless.

The customs officers found six boxes with a total of 4 990 000 fake Russian excise stamps and 470 vials bearing the inscription “Adrenalin Galen”.

The driver was arrested and the goods were confiscated.
