Bulgaria: Grigor Dimitrov Scores Two Hot Shots, Qualifies For Stockholm Semifinal

Bulgaria's most successful tennis player Grigor Dimitrov won his match Friday night against Jack Sock and qualified for the semifinal of If Stockholm Open.

In the second game of the match, which ended 5:7, 6:4, 6:3, Dimitrov scored two spectacular hot shots in a row - behind-the-back and between-the-legs, which left Sock stunned and the audience delighted.

After the match, the USA Today dubbed Dimitrov's return “shot of the year”.

“What could I do, but to improvise in such moments,” Dimitrov said after the match, quoted by Dnevnik.bg. “I suppose that in this moment of the season I traditionally give my best. I am happy I can show such returns to the fans.”

Dimitrov faces Bernard Tomic on Saturday afternoon. The two have played against each other just once previously – last year in Rotterdam, Dimitrov winning 6:3, 3:6, 6:3.
