A law firm servicing "the respective blackmailers who turned into the liquidators of Corporate Commercial Bank (KTB)" is behind all schemes played out against the bank, businessman Tsvetan Vasilev has argued.
KTB's majority shareholder has published a statement on his personal website to the customers of the bank ad the members of groups and movements committed to the fate of the financial institution which has been placed under conservatorship by the Bulgarian National Bank.
In Vasilev's view, all allegations of "abuse" of KTB assets are part of a smear campaign.
Vasilev has stressed that, since KTB was put under special supervision, all his effort has served two main goals: to protect Corpbank's assets and to recover the bank.
He has refused to specify which law firm is behind the attacks.
Vasilev has reminded of his earlier allegations about being forced by "certain firms" into transferring assets of mobile operator Vivacom, fuel distributor Petrol, and Dunarit, a company specializing in the designing and manufacturing of military products and machine engineering products, to them prior to the attacks aimed at Corpbank.
