A suicide bombing was carried out in front of the Ministry of Interior in the center of the Turkish capital, Ankara
Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev is to attend Turkish President-elect Recep Tayyip Erdogan's inauguration ceremony.
The official ceremony will be held at the Cankaya Presidential Palace.
Erdogan was elected President on August 10.
He won 52% of the vote in the first round of Turkey's first direct presidential election.
Thursday's inauguration ceremony is to be attended by representatives of around 75 countries, including 19 heads of state, including Bulgaria's Plevneliev, 14 Prime Ministers, 4 Parliament Speakers and a number of ministers, according to the press office of the Bulgarian President, as cited by Darik radio.
