Conservative party GERB would win a general vote if it were held today, a polling agency announced Sunday.

The results of its recent survey show that a total of four parties are the most likely to enter Parliament.

Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (GERB) would have come first in the elections, with 24.6% of all ballots cast in its favor, according to AFIS agency, specialized in carrying out social and marketing surveys.

The Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP), the senior coalition partner in the former government, would trail behind with 17.8%, while the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) would come third with 7.9 percent.

The Reformist Bloc, a right-wing coalition formed in 2013 which obtained one MEP seat at the European Parliament Elections, would pass the threshold with 4.9% and enter Bulgaria's National Assembly.

Alternative for Bulgarian Revival (ABV), the party of President (2002-2011) Georgi Parvanov which splintered off the BSP to pave its own way in politics, is just below the 4-percent threshold (3.8 percent).

According to the survey Bulgaria without Censorship, the party of journalist-turned-politician Nikolay Barekov which managed to draw surprising support at the European Parliament vote, would be out of Parliament (3.5%) if elections were held "today".

A nationalist coalition called the Patriotic Front, forged by VMRO and the National Front for Salvation of Bulgaria (NFSB), would have just 3.3 percent, while the support for far-right Ataka, a key party in the previous Parliament, would be at 2.5%.

AFIS's results suggest a total of eight (out of ten allowed under the law) parties and coalitions could be viable to receive state subsidies as they would get over 1 percent of the ballots.

A voter turnout of about 60%, or 3.5 to 3.8 million people, should be expected, the agency says.

The figures above include results from the answers of all people who took part in the inquiry.

AFIS has also revealed, below the preliminary projections, that if only results of potential voters are taken into consideration, GERB would have 31.3% of the vote, while 22.7 percent would go to the BSP and 10.1 percent to the DPS.

In that case, seven parties would enter Parliament, with ABV, Bulgaria without Censorship and the Patriotic Front also succeeding to pass the threshold alongside the Reformist Bloc.
