Cloaked Aid: Ukraine's Covert Deployment of US Missiles Against Russia
Reports confirm that Ukraine has deployed long-range ballistic missiles provided by the United States in secret, targeting Russian forces in occupied territories
No Bulgarian citizens have been injured in Friday’s clashes in Ukraine’s Odessa, Bulgarian Foreign Minister Kristian Vigenin informed.
“We insist on a full investigation, and we demand no mercy for yesterday’s killers,” Minister Vigenin told Bulgarian National Radio (BNR).
“The current government in Kiev must strictly implement commitments to disarm military groups in order to limit the influence of the extreme Right sector. The investigation will show who is to blame, and will provide the details, but after all ensuring order in the city is primarily the responsibility of the authorities in Kiev, and in this case in Odessa,” Vigenin said.
According to Minister Vigenin, there is no immediate threat for Bulgarians in Odessa, however after Friday's events, there is a risk that the violence will spread in the area. If this happens, Bulgaria will take care of its citizens, Minister Vigenin pledged.
Violence in Ukraine is jeopardizing gas supplies to Bulgaria as the pipeline transporting natural gas to our country passes near the city of Odessa, Vigenin claimed. According to him, the events in Ukraine show the need for the South Stream project, and for alternative gas sources as well.
Vigenin said that Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk’s idea for creating an EU energy union was good.
