Bulgaria: Code Yellow Issued in 16 Bulgarian Districts Over Heavy Rain

Code Yellow was issued in 16 districts in Bulgaria over the heavy rains, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology with Bulgarian Academy of Science announced, Saturday.

The warning code is valid for the districts of Vidin, Vratsa, Montana, Pleven, Lovech, Gabrovo, Stara Zagora, Plovdiv, Smolyan, Kardzhali, Pazardzhik, Blagoevgrad, Kyustendil, Pernik, Sofia City and Sofia District.

The maximum temperatures expected on Saturday countrywide are between 6 degrees C and 17 degrees C, 7 for Sofia.
