Lachezar Krastev Appointed Deputy Head of Bulgaria's Customs Agency

Lachezar Krastev had been appointed Deputy Director of Bulgaria's Customs Agency.

Krastev was appointed as deputy head of the customs authority on Friday under an ordinance of Finance Minister Petar Chobanov.

He will be in charge of customs regimes and procedures, tariff policy, excise duties, and information systems.

Krastev has an Economics degree from the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics in Svishtov.

He has been working with the customs administration since September 1991.
