Bulgaria's young tennis star Grigor Dimitrov says his next challenge is to win a Grand Slam title.

Dimitrov gave a press conference in front of journalists in Sofia, after finishing the 2013 season in 23rd place of the ATP world rankings.

"This was a great season for me, the best in my career. I won some big matches, as well as my first major title. My next big goal is a Grand Slam title. If this is Wimbledon, it will be incredible, but any of the other tournaments will be a huge achievement too", revealed the 22-year old from Haskovo.

Dimitrov confirmed that he will be training in Los Angeles, with his new coach Roger Rasheed.

"We have worked out areas that need improvement, and will concentrate on them. I need to increase my stamina, in order to last 5-set matches. Consistency will be a key component as well", added the Bulgarian.

Dimitrov admitted he is not pressured by the constant comparisons to Roger Federer, and even finds them amusing.

"Unfortunately, I was a little tired ahead of my match with Roger (at the Swiss Indoors in Basel). Nonetheless, it was a great experience and I figured out which areas I need to work on more", said the Bulgarian.

Dimitrov cherishes the end of the season, as a time for long-awaited rest. He promised to come back even stronger in 2014.
