The book was presented by legendary Lord Timothy Bell, all proceeds will go to relief for flood victims.

The book of Bulgarian PR expert Maxim Behar 111 Rules on Facebook sparked a furor at ComFest 2013, the annual meeting of Association of Business Communicators of India (ABCI) that was held in Mumbai, India.

The whole circulation was sold out just for a two hours in the prestigious Taj Mahal Palace hotel in Mumbai.

Maxim Behar decided to donate all incomes to the victims of the recent floods in Uttarkhand in India, the announcement was met with standing ovations from the 2500 plus audience that was gathered in the Crystal room of Taj Mahal Palace.

111 Rules on Facebook was presented by Lord Timothy Bell, world renowned PR Guru, chief advisor of all winning campaigns of Margaret Tatcher, former CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi and owner of Lowe Bell Communications.

Lord Bell, alongside with Sir Mark Tully (former BBC correspondent in India) were among the first buyers.

“With the the decision to donate all proceedings from the book, my good friend Maxim, made a gesture to India, a country that he loves for sure and India will remember him for that”, commented Association of Business Communicators of India, ABCI President Yogesh Joshi.

“We accepted the invitation of my good friend Maxim, to publish the book for charity, and this joint charity effort is the first step towards a brand new vision for our organization that we hope to develop in the future”, added ABCI president.

111 rules is the first ever book in the world first written online on Facebook in the form postings and then on paper, with foreword by Howard Behar, founder of “Starbucks Coffee International”, the book has been published in two editions so far by Ciela Soft & Publishing.

Maxim Behar is a Bulgarian PR and media expert, founder and CEO of one of the leaders on the Bulgarian PR market, M3 Communications Group, Inc. And Chairman of the Prague Office of leading global corporation Hill+Knowlton Strategies.

At the last year’s ComFest, ABCI awarded Maxim Behar with the “Communicator of the Decade” award at a special ceremony in Mumbai.
