Bulgarian Prime Minister Plamen Oresharski has received a congratulation note from Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff.

The Bulgarian Standard daily (standartnews.com) writes that in the letter Rousseff confirms her interest in expanding partnership and friendship with Bulgaria.

She congratulates Oresharski and wishes him luck in his mission to achieve prosperity, well-being and to advance his country.

The Brazilian President has Bulgarian origins.
