A car bomb has exploded in the Russian capital, killing at least one person and wounding several others. The blast shook a south-western suburb of Moscow. The device was placed in a car outside a fast food restaurant. A five-year-old child is among the casualties. Who was responsible for the bombing is not yet known. But a police spokesman has been quoted as saying it is linked to criminal activity and that a terrorist attack has not taken place. It comes just one day after a regional governor was gunned down in broad daylight on a street in Moscow.
