Bulgarian prime minister has declined to reveal details from his meeting with the president, triggered by the political situation in the country.

Plamen Oresharski stopped to talk to the gathered journalists, waiting for him in front of the building of the presidency, only for seconds.

He refused to comment on the topics that were discussed at the sitting at the Consultative Council on National Security.

Oresharski was in a hurry for his first work visit outside the country- in Brussels on Thursday and Friday.

The minister of Regional Development Desislava Terzieva and the Minister of Environment and Water Iskra Mihailova will accompany the Premier in his visit to the Belgian capital.

On the first day of his visit, Oresharski will meet with NATO Secretary General Andres Fogh Rasmussen and with the Bulgarian MEPs.

On June 21, talks with the President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy and the President of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso are scheduled.

At the meeting PM Plamen Oresharski will present his government’s program and priorities and its vision for augmenting the Bulgarian contribution to the work of the European institutions and intensifying the dialog between Sofia and Brussels.
