Arnaudova explained that after the Prosecution receives a formal agrement from Tsvetanov to shed his immunity as MP, it will get legal grounds to resume its proceedings.

After a prosecutor's ordinance resumes the proceedings, the process of Tsvetanov's indictment and summon will begin.

"In other words, Tsvetanov has to be first summoned as a defendant and be charged. By the law, a tree-day period has to pass before the individual appears for preferment," Arnaudova explained, as sited by the BGNES agency.

This way, the prosecution has to first summon Tsvetanov, and after this he will have a three-day period to organize his defense and appear for the preferment of the accusations.

There is no legal time period in which the document that strips Tsvetanov of his immunity was stripped has to arrive from the building of the Parliament to the Court Palace. By 2 pm Wednesday, it has not yet arrived.

The observing prosecutors will issue the method of Tsvetanov's detention or bail, which has to conform to the level of public danger of the alleged crimes, the evidence against him, the evidence of his properties, marital status and health.

If Tsvetanov is released on bail, by law there is no minimum or maximum size of the payment.
