The yet undisclosed projected second deputy-PM in Bulgaria's PM nominee Plamen Oresharski's cabinet project is a top-tier business manager, according to reports.

Monday evening Oresharski announced the composition of the cabinet that parliament is to vote Wednesday morning.

But he also added that he envisions one more vice-PM seat to be occupied by a specific unnamed person if later on approved by parliament.

According to Oresharski, the person in question has to first end other commitments before occupying the position.

This has led many commentators to speculate that the envisioned deputy-PM is currently working at a private firm in Bulgaria or abroad.

In addition, Oresharski has stated that the second vice-premier will oversee matters relating to Bulgaria's economy.

The first deputy-PM position is bound with the seat of Minister of Justice and EU Funds, with European Commission representative in Sofia Zinaida Zlatanova nominated.
