Dragomir Stoynev has been officially nominated for Bulgaria’s new Economy, Energy and Tourism Minister.

Stoynev was born in 1976 in Tripoli, Libya.

Stoynev graduated from the Sorbonne and the French school for senior executives and politicians ENA.

He was chairman of the Committee on Labor and Social Policy in the 41st National Assembly.

He worked in "Strategic Planning and Management" of the Council of Ministers. Economic Advisor to the Bulgarian Socialist Party Prime Minister Sergey Stanishev in 2005-2009,
Fluent in French, Russian and English. 37 years old, married with two children.
