Serbian Poll Formally Declared Void

Election officials in Serbia have formally annulled the results of Sunday's presidential election, but the party of frontrunner Vojislav Kostunica has already said it will challenge the decision in the courts. The poll was declared invalid, because turnout failed to reach the minimum level of 50% established in law by ousted leader Slobodan Milosevic.
